Customized Safety policies can be secured to facilitate full compliance of either Federal or state law.
Due to prior commitments, we are not accepting new clients at this time.

Some states require company specific policies to be on file in order to secure intrastate operating authority. Federal rules mandate a copy of a company specific Drug & Alcohol Testing Program Policy to be given to all CDL drivers while a master copy is kept as part of the company drug & alcohol testing files.
