Permits Plus Inc. will upgrade your MCS 150 and OP-1 to accommodate the new Federal regulations by:
1) File an amended MCS 150 listing you as a haz mat carrier and amending the cargo classifications to reflect the haz mat transported
2) File an amendment to your application for operating authority (OP-1) with FMCSA to reflect the new higher liability insurance limits required.
3) Secure new insurance filings from your insurance company to be filed with FMCSA.
