Mock DOT Safety Compliance Audits

Mock safety compliance audit sessions are essentially both our audit training session combined with an audit of your safety practices and records to help identify areas of your safety program which may not be in compliance with the DOT regulations. When these potential violations are identified, you will be instructed on how to correct them.

We offer two versions of our compliance mock audit programs: A CDL & non CDL version. The non-CDL version covers all the topics listed below except Drug & Alcohol Testing since non CDL operators are not required by law to participate in a Drug & Alcohol testing program.

For your mock safety audit session the following records must be available:

Insurance

Accident Register

Driver Qualification Files

Hours of Service (logs)

Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance (including roadside inspection reports)

Drug & Alcohol Testing (if required)

For your mock safety audit session you will be provided with a copy of The New Entrant Compliance Audit Training handbook as well as a copy of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations handbook (a $30 value).

Additional compliance products will be available for purchase if needed.

Your audit session will consist of a review of all record keeping requirements as per the new entrant requirements. The topics which will be specifically covered under these requirements will be:

FEE STRUCTURE CDL VERSION Price: $399 Up to 6 hours of classroom training & review $25 each additional 1/2 hour or part there-of	TRAINING LOCATIONS ON SITE Conducted at: Permits Plus Inc. 5433 Lee Hwy Troutville, Virginia YOUR SITE We may be able to accommodate you in bringing our Compliance Audit Training program to your office provided that our schedule allows. Travel expenses will be calculated & added to the training fees.*

* All training sessions are scheduled for one company per session in order to provide maximum educational value. A maximum of 4 persons from your company may attend each training session. A deposit of $175 will be due when scheduling your appointment. ** Travel expenses will be calculated and billed when scheduling your appointment.
